Place rinsed and drained poha in a mixing bowl.
Add whisked curd, sugar, and salt to the poha. Mix gently to combine.

Add curry leaves and green chilli to the pan. Sauté for a minute.
Pour the tempering over the poha-curd mixture and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
